The interview process started with a recruiter call to see if the job was a mutual fit. Then, there was an interview with the hiring manager where we discussed work history and asked each other questions. After that, a computer literacy test was given. Even though I have over 15 years of computer experience, with the last 6 being remote, I only got an 81% on the second of four tests, and they ended the process because I didn't reach the required 85%.

I went through three phone interviews with Caring.com. It started with a quick screening call, followed by two back-to-back interviews with sales managers. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and seemed genuinely excited about the company. I liked that they were upfront about the job, including the good and bad parts. Unfortunately, the work hours just didn't fit with my family's schedule, so I turned down the offer.
