I had an HR call, and then they were going to do technical interviews, etc. I didn't get past the HR stage, so I don't really know how the rest of the process works. Honestly, I'd avoid this company. I asked the HR person about their diversity and how many female engineers they have, and they said they'd get back to me. They rejected me the next day without moving forward. It felt very fishy.

It was a pretty standard interview cycle. Started with a discovery call, then a VP interview with one technical question. After that, there was a technical assessment with an Eng Member, followed by an interview with a QA and Scrum master. The whole thing took a bit over 4 weeks, but the team was really great, friendly, and easy to chat with.

I only made it to what I presume was the second round. Not bitter about that, but the interview process was very unorganized and unclear. I never fully knew what to anticipate, due to lack of guidance. Questions were straightforward though - standard interview questions when speaking with HR. Subsequent interview involved speaking with a member of a team that I'd be interacting with. I wasn't really given the opportunity to talk about myself. Instead, the interview rambled about her own experiences, so I had to interject during awkward times to make sure I was communicating my value-add.

it was a pretty standard process for a Director of Content Marketing. started with an HR screen, then a 30 min chat with the VP Marketing, followed by a dual interview w/ peers from connected roles, and capped off w/ a final interview w/ senior leadership that included a creative pitch. The VP of Marketing gave me a good sense of the challenges, which was appreciated, but I should have paid more attention to how scattered that team lead was. The final pitch went well, but I should have asked more about the layoffs and restructuring to better understand the org's culture.
