The whole process was pretty chill. I had two phone interviews, then I shadowed the team for a couple of hours. About an hour after that, I got a call and they offered me the job. Verleen made it all super easy and professional. The shadowing part was seriously awesome! It let me see if the job was a good fit and if I'd vibe with the team!

Started with a recruiter call to discuss the role, then had an in-person meeting with the District Manager who dug into my resume history all the way back to high school and asked about people I admired. After that, there was a 45-minute follow-up interview with the regional manager, similar to the DM one. Got an offer and then submitted new hire paperwork at a local branch.

The interview process was involved and took a while. It started with a detailed application questionnaire. Then there was a call to set up a phone interview with the branch manager. After that, I was invited back to job shadow. Then there was a final phone interview with the district manager. If that went well, I got another phone call inviting me back to the branch where they officially offered me employment and got my consent to run a background check. If that all went well, I would start the same or the following week. The whole thing took me 4 weeks from start to finish to get hired.

They asked me some background questions to assess my character. It was a really easy interview, super straightforward. If you can communicate well, you'll be fine. Nothing else to add.
