First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cargas Systems.
Customer Success Manager
The application was straightforward and followed the usual steps. It started with an HR phone screen, followed by interviews with a Senior HR representative and the hiring manager. They posed relevant and somewhat challenging questions to gauge my experience and skills.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Consultant
It's a long process, you might talk to pretty much all the managers at the company. It can be a breeze or tough depending on how well you fit the company culture. After you're done with the interviews, the company will likely take its sweet time to give you an offer and get you started. They also tend to give opportunities to people new to the workforce. Starting pay might be a bit lower than usual, but the experience you'll get will probably make up for it.
- Standard questions were asked, along with a couple of unexpected ones.
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty thorough. It kicked off with a phone screening, then an initial chat with HR and the VP of the business unit. After that, I had a team interview where I met with different people in a round-robin style. It felt like a really open and conversational interview, not trying to trick me with questions.
- Can you share an instance where you experienced conflict within your team?
Software Engineer
The interview process involved some technical questions, but nothing out of the ordinary or unfairly difficult. The interview did not involve any on-site coding and there was no coding assignment.
- Can you describe how you would design database tables to represent a class schedule?
