Becca, Tony, Ronnie, Dana and Tim at Carfax really showed me the company culture. I enjoyed talking with the team and seeing the environment I'd be joining. I liked every part of the process and was excited each day I got to speak with a Carfax rep!

I got to the 3rd interview, but it felt like a waste of time. The environment seemed like a call center with no room for growth, and the pay was below market. The interviewer was negative and didn't really ask about my 8 years of business development experience. Instead, they focused on my questions about advancement and even asked if I had kids, which was unexpected. The recruiter was nice during the first two rounds, but for the third round, they never replied to my emails or gave me the courtesy of letting me know they'd stopped their search. Weeks later, I saw the job reposted. They mentioned a salary of $40k with an OTE of $80k, which didn't seem true. It's a mundane job where you'd be making over 60 dials a day, which sounds boring. I've done these types of jobs before.

I put in my application online, and someone I knew there referred me too. A recruiter called me for a phone interview. Then I had a zoom call with the Manager. After that, I had an in person interview with the manager again. Then they flew me out to HQ for a 4th interview. This one was with the Regional Director, then another district manager, and finally the hiring manager.
