First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Carey International.
Dispatcher
It was a phone interview first, then they had me come in for an in person interview. Basic questions were asked. They needed to know my availability for holidays because its a 24 hour place.
- Can you describe a situation where you dealt with a challenging customer and explain your resolution steps?
- Could you confirm your availability to work on holidays, considering our 24-hour operational needs?

- How would you manage a customer who is upset or angry?

It would be nice if they could at least tell people if it’s a no if you’ve spent the time to interview.
- Tell me about times you have done xyz…
