First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Carewell Urgent Care.
Front Desk Receptionist
the interview process was really easy and quick, not many questions were asked and I got the job offer on the spot. they asked me some basic questions and about my availability for 3 days a week with 12 hour shifts.
- Have you worked with health insurance before?
- What days are you available to work?
- Is working 3 days a week, 12 hours per shift okay with you?
Registered Nurse
I reached out to the company and applied online. I called and was told I would receive follow up if qualifications were necessary. I received an email about a week later and we scheduled an interview. Once the interview was over I received an email with an offer letter and details. The salary was too low for a person with my experience. I had to decline due to the lack of competitive pay and lack of negotiation.
- The interviewer discussed the job position.
Practice Manager
We started with a phone interview where we discussed my past work experiences, my interest in healthcare, and what I'm seeking in this role. Then there was an initial interview that involved reviewing my resume and asking many standard interview questions. A background check was also conducted. The final interview is coming up; it's a long one where we'll delve into various aspects of the job and what they really want in a manager.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What draws you to the healthcare industry?
- What are you hoping to find in this particular job?
Physician Assistant
I interviewed with HR and the medical director in separate meetings, each lasting around 30-45 minutes. It felt more like a chat to get to know me and see if I'd fit in. No hard questions, just checking if I have the right skills and if I'm up for a fast-paced environment.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
- What relevant skills do you possess?
