Marketing Manager
The interview process was moving along smoothly and quickly. I really enjoyed the process and liked all the team members with whom I met. I was receiving positive feedback and was progressing at an efficient pace. I have relevant dental industry experience and have led and managed sophisticated medical device products in complex market conditions delivering growth. All but one team members indicated that I knew the channel well, could make positive contributions and they could teach me the product line (Saas), which is how I've worked and driven results in the past. My dissatisfaction with the company came with the result that I never heard any final decision. I was "Ghosted". All interactions had been positive and it's a good company but this tactic lacks professionalism. It was disappointing after spending great time and effort to prepare and perform in the interviews -- ALL 5 of them. I am left with a bad impression. It's an unfortunate result after liking the team members I met and business opportunity presented with the product line I would have managed.

Marketing Director
Pretty standard interview. First, a recruiter called me, then I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by another phone screen with a different director and the NSD. Typical phone screen questions were asked, like 'walk me through your resume' and 'give us examples of X, Y, Z'. The first three phone screens went well. However, my final phone screen with the NSD was really strange. It seemed like she didn't want to talk to me from the beginning. She was argumentative and dismissive, giving very short answers to my questions. She even hung up on me before the call was over, which was much shorter than planned. This made me question moving forward because she was so unprofessional. About a week later, I was notified that my in-person interviews with the CEO and CDO were canceled because of 'lack of management experience.' I think this was just an excuse because my experience is strong, and these were supposed to be short, informal calls. I doubt they would have scheduled these meetings if I hadn't passed the initial screens; I feel like the last call was set up to make me fail. Very unprofessional!

Marketing
The interview process feels like they're mining marketing ideas from candidates without any real intent to hire. The HR recruiter is really vague, and they won't tell you the salary upfront, probably to try and lowball you. The company culture is practically non-existent; there's no branding to make it appealing to work there, no core values, and no language that suggests a positive work environment. The marketing department seems like people are constantly coming and going. The interview process is long: first a screening interview, then you meet the department head, then a panel interview, followed by another panel interview with people you'd be working with (who are at the same or lower level), and finally a last panel interview. They never email you back and just ghost you. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
- Can you provide examples of your past work?
- Tell me about your experience with team management.
Technical Support Engineer
We did a bunch of technical and personality questions. They asked like 5-6 technical questions, then asked about my personal life and hobbies. Also asked questions about my resume and what I do in my free time. It was a group thing with tables and chairs and lots of people being interviewed at the same time.
- Can you explain what Active Directory is?
- What's your process for finding a device's IP address?
- Could you tell me more about your resume?
