The interview was great! Michelle was super welcoming and made things feel comfortable and professional right away. She took her time to explain the job description really well and went into detail about what the role involves. I liked how she clearly laid out what's expected, what the day-to-day tasks are, and how this job fits into the bigger picture of the company's goals. She also answered my questions really thoughtfully, which gave me a much clearer picture of the job and the team. All in all, it was a good experience, and talking to her made me even more excited about this opportunity. I'm eager to hear about the next steps.

This interview was about 25 minutes long and felt pretty chill. It mostly covered general stuff about me and my work history. The person interviewing me couldn't really give details on the pay range and mentioned HR handles the final decision based on experience. They also seemed a bit distracted, getting interrupted and checking their phone a few times, which took away from our chat.

They offered me about two dozen interview times and I picked 2, but those were already taken. They asked me to pick again without an updated list, so I picked times a week out to avoid the hassle. During the interview, the interviewer said I wasn't qualified because I didn't have a year of relevant experience, even though the job post says a degree OR a year of experience, and I have the degree. It felt like my time was wasted since my education and experience were on my resume. I would have preferred they just denied my application if I wasn't qualified from the start. The whole experience was confusing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it.
