First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CareRite Centers.
Licensed Practical Nurse
I spoke with HR for a very quick interview and hiring process. We discussed negotiable rates and benefits, and they mentioned many locations are available. I'm now waiting on a background check and an offer letter. They also brought up potential supervisory roles that might open up in the future.
- Tell me about your experience with patients who have dementia.
Recruiter
It's mostly about waiting. You won't know who you're meeting until the interview starts. You might meet the COO. Maybe someday it'll be simpler.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
Clinical Education Specialist
It was easy. I applied online and they called me pretty fast for an interview. I looked up the company to see what their mission and goals were and then I asked the HR person and administrator questions about those goals.
- What makes you want to work for this specific organization?
- Could you tell me about the company's mission statement and objectives?
- Do you have any questions regarding the company's goals that you'd like to ask?
Occupational Therapist
Had a quick chat with DOR. It was in the conference room next to her office and lasted about 20-30 mins. She'll ask why you're good for the job and what you'd do in some clinical scenarios.
- How would you handle specific clinical scenarios?
