Front Office Manager
It was easy and friendly, with a software test. There was a phone screen then a panel interview, overall a good experience. The whole process took about 2 weeks from their outreach to the offer and then my start date. It's a good place to work; I left because I moved out of state.

Psychiatric Emergency Services Specialist
So the interview process starts with a quick phone call with a manager who will ask you some clinical questions to see if you know your stuff about mental health. If they think you're a good fit, they'll invite you for an in-person interview. For that, they'll email you a list of clinical questions you need to be ready for, and they'll ask you about them. After that, it can take a week or two for them to decide on hiring you. And if they do decide to hire you, the whole onboarding process is really long and kinda invasive, you have to fill out a bunch of paperwork and give a lot of info before they'll let you start.

Program Assistant
Interviewed with the program manager and director. They used to do role plays, but not anymore. They gave me a case to present and asked how I would handle it and service the family.

Screener
I applied online and heard back from the program director within a week. Then I had an interview a couple weeks later. They told me at the end they wanted to move forward with me and I got an offer in two weeks. It was a quick and smooth process, and they kept me updated the whole time.
