I talked with a Team Lead and the manager for the department. They asked me around 5-10 questions that were pretty basic, like 'Why should we hire you?' and 'Tell me about yourself.' They also asked about 5 behavioral questions. The interview felt really relaxed; they were super friendly and explained everything really well. One of the behavioral questions kind of stumped me, but they told me not to worry because there wasn't really a wrong answer.

I applied on Humana.com and then got a call from HR to schedule a phone interview. It was about 45 minutes, and the director and market manager asked me a bunch of questions about my background, work ethic, and sales background. After that, they invited me for a formal interview so they could put a face to the name. It was pretty relaxed and comfortable, I felt like I could be myself. The whole thing took about 6 weeks.

it was a very smooth and easy process. first there was a phone interview, then a 1 on 1 meeting, followed by a drug test and then an employment offer. after receiving the offer, I had to complete a preliminary assessment and a skills test specifically for a call center environment.
