The interview with the manager went fine, but recruiting was a letdown. They told me a certain pay amount was submitted but it was rejected because "other techs" weren't making that much. Then, when I got hired, I found out I'm not even making close to what an NCT makes. I'm an NCT-Tech with an MA Certification and I don't even make $18 an hour. Some people here with LESS qualifications are making more than me! Multi-Techs get the worst treatment. Now I get why the turnover rate is so high.

The process is ridiculous long and a complete was of time. I applied on-line and the following occurred over the course of 3 weeks. First, a phone interview. Then 2 days later, an in person interview with the area manager. A week later, I had an in person interview with his boss and another area manager who was late. She got an attitude because I didn't interrupt the interview to stand up and shake her hand. The same day, I had an interview with the Director and was told I would be contacted about employment. I never heard back, and 2 weeks later, I learned from an inside source that I didn't get the job because I lived too far. A phone call would have been nice. The pay was going to be 52,000, plus bonus potential up to 63,000. You have to work as a nurse/medic while managing the clinic.

The interview process was very smooth overall. Finding the location in Coppell, Tx was a bit confusing due to long driving distance and unclear directions, but I eventually got there. The interview itself felt tense, and I wasn't sure if the recruiter liked me, as she sometimes interrupted me mid-sentence, though that might just be her style. She was very sweet but also direct, which I appreciated. Although she initially said the hiring process would take two weeks, I received an offer the very next day to start on January 9th, 2017.

I applied online and got a call from the hiring manager about a week later. I went to the location and waited about 10 mins for two interviewers, the hiring manager and another manager. It was like a basic conversation. They went over my past jobs, the benefits, what scrubs and shoes I could wear, and showed me around the facility. They told me to expect a call and that the process would take 3 weeks. I got the call a week and a half later and accepted.
