- What are your general interview questions?
Case Management Manager
The recruiter from HR gave me a call and did a phone interview. I had originally applied for a different role, but the recruiter thought I would be a better fit for another open position. I applied for that role and then got to speak with the hiring director. She was really nice and easy to talk to. We discussed my past work and why I'm interested in working at CareMore. The next business day, the recruiter called back with feedback and to set up an interview with the Physician who manages the department. I spoke with him, and it was a lot like my conversation with the Director. Everyone was great to work with, and we all wanted to move things along efficiently and do this process the best way possible.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- What are your reasons for wanting to join CareMore?
- Can you answer some open-ended behavioral questions?
Director
It was a long process that spanned several months. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then I spoke with team members, followed by two interviews with the hiring manager. The final stage was an onsite with multiple panels. After the interviews, the background check took another month. Because I met with several different panels during the onsite, it felt a bit rushed since each group only had an hour. I did have a great experience overall, and the team at CareMore is fantastic; everyone I met was clearly passionate about their mission.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at CareMore?
Member Service Representative
First I had to write a written response to a customer who had a grievance against the company. Then I interviewed with two managers. Later I had another interview with another department manager. The whole process felt pretty average.
