First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Caremark Ltd.
Support Worker
I sent in my application and got a call for an interview in the same week. The interview was really friendly and informal. The hr manager asked me questions about my experience and if I had any questions. I then filled out some forms for her and they offered me the job right then and there.
- Are you currently pursuing or have you already obtained a QQI qualification in healthcare?
Care Assistant
The first step, sometimes called a pre-interview, is usually a one-on-one chat with the hiring manager. They'll probably ask about what you're qualified for, what you can do, your job history, and any experience you have that's relevant. They're also checking to see if you'd vibe with the company culture.
- Tell me about your skills and past experience.
Risk Management Manager
We started with an application review of my CV, then some contact, then selection, followed by an online interview, a one-on-one with the manager, an induction meeting with the board, and then I started working. The training was good, with all management present, and they explained the company values. Everything was okay in the end.
- What are your core values?
Healthcare Assistant
The interview process gives you insight into what's expected and information about the company. It's not hectic, it's relaxed and informal, and you'll probably get the job.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
