Got referred in. First, there was an HR Scrutiny round. If that went well, then technical rounds. I had 2 technical rounds with one person offshore and another onshore, both Release Train Engineers.

There were two interview rounds. The first was a 30-minute interview scheduled on a weekend, likely conducted by a Lead. It felt more like an analysis of my experience rather than standard questions, starting with general queries like 'how your day go' and then diving into agile topics based on my responses. The next day, HR confirmed I passed and that I should prepare for the second round with the manager, which happened four days later on a weekday. This manager round was very relaxed, focused on behavioral questions like 'what would you do in this scenario' and 'how you will handle,' along with agile/SAFE questions. HR called within two hours with positive feedback and requested reference documents for the offer. The following day involved a polite salary discussion where my requested hike was justified and accepted. The HR explained the company's roles and benefits, showing remarkable professionalism. The offer was promised within a week. After five working days, I received the offer letter matching my salary expectations. Despite hearing negative experiences, this process was smooth and promising.

My interview was scheduled by a vendor HR at 11:00 am for a face-to-face interview, but it was cancelled the night before and rescheduled. I arrived at 10:50 am for the 11:00 am slot, noticing many other candidates for the same role. Interviews were scheduled to start at 10:30 am, but the panel wasn't available until 12:00 pm. We waited for 1-2 hours without updates before the interview finally happened. There were supposed to be two rounds of face-to-face interviews. I and some others attended the first round, with two interviewers. The first question was 'do you have any questions for us?', and the interview lasted less than 10 minutes. Afterward, feedback was given to HR that I lacked in-depth Scrum knowledge, despite them not asking basic Scrum questions and wanting one-liner answers. I found the process very strange and a waste of time. Two other candidates had similar experiences; one was rejected for not having SAFe experience, and another certified SAFe candidate was rejected because they wanted someone currently in a Scrum Master role.
