It was an easy interview process. They asked current technology questions. Also a little bit about the company and its subordinate links to elegance health of US. There were US technologies and health related queries. DSA related queries and machine learning algorithm definitions were also asked.

I was initially contacted by careernet consultancy, and then I interviewed at Legato health technologies. The first round involved a technical discussion, followed by a second round that was a mix of technical and manager discussion. The overall interview process was quite bad, with only one panel available for about 50 people, which was really inconvenient. It felt like they were filtering candidates based on salary expectations rather than talent or knowledge. Although I cleared all the rounds, I haven't heard back from HR yet. They mentioned they were waiting for onshore approvals for my salary and asked me to leave for the day. My suggestion to the HR team is to be more transparent in the interview process because it ultimately harms the company's reputation and impacts the lives of the candidates.
