I went through 3 rounds of interview. The first round was a technical one which went smooth and short. The second round was a little lengthy with the manager and it was interactive enough from either sides. Third round was kinda formal round with the HR regarding the salary negotiation and other benefits stuff. They took more than 2 weeks to release my offer letter and I was informed that offer letter had to go through many approvals internally. But, HR always answered my calls and replied to my emails whenever I followed up with them.

Behavioral

I interviewed for a Business Analyst role. The meeting was short, only 10 minutes, and I never got any feedback. I had to reach out to the vendor who referred me to find out what happened. I learned I was rejected because I apparently didn't have the right domain knowledge. So, in just 10 minutes, the interviewer decided I wasn't good enough. I'm asking the Legato HR team to improve their hiring process so decisions like this are clear and fair. This isn't just because I didn't get the job; I want to share what happened so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Technical Behavioral Case

I went through 3 interviews for the System Analyst role. The first was a technical screening where they asked about my previous job and projects, plus some basic data analysis questions since the role is data analytics focused. The second was a managerial round, focusing on my past roles and experiences, with some scenario-based questions too. The final round was with the Client Manager, who asked questions to see how I think and approach problem-solving.
