I got an email to set up an interview. The interview itself was pretty standard. They told me there were more interviews coming up the next week. I ended up waiting a week and a half for them to get back to me, but they never did. So I emailed them to check on the status, and still no reply. It's been over two weeks now and I'm pretty sure I didn't get the job. It's really annoying when employers ghost hard-working people who would be great at the job. Super rude and frustrating.

I interviewed for a Recruiting Coordinator role and did well in both the phone and onsite interviews. I really liked the company, but I had other interviews pending, so I asked the hiring manager if they could hold the offer for a week. The recruiter was very kind and said it was fine, and we agreed I'd give them my decision by Tuesday. When Tuesday came, I accepted the offer via email, but didn't get a reply. The next morning, I sent another email to confirm, and the recruiter replied saying they were training a team in Iowa and would call me that evening. The call never happened. The day after that, I emailed again to arrange the call, and they replied late that night saying they had to rescind the offer because they decided not to hire any more recruiters at HQ after consulting with their executive team. I emailed back with questions but never heard anything. I felt really disappointed and disrespected, and I even missed out on another job opportunity because of this. It wasn't professional, and they didn't even have the courage to tell me over the phone.

I went through a quick interview process for a full-time remote Software Engineer role. It started with two phone screens, each lasting about 30-45 minutes. Then, there was a take-home assignment with two algorithm problems and one front-end question. The final round was a one-hour live coding session with an engineer. The company offers good benefits and is backed by Generali Global Assistance. I declined the offer because I wasn't looking for a remote position, but I'd still recommend it. The hiring team was responsive throughout.

I applied online and had a phone interview with HR that lasted about 30 minutes. It was pretty casual, but I felt like they were sticking to a script. The HR person seemed new and couldn't answer basic questions about the job or company, even though I'd already done my research. They said they'd get back to me with answers, but they never did, which was a bummer.
