First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Careington International Corp.
Social Media Coordinator
The interviews themselves went well, but the communication between them was basically nonexistent. They told me multiple times they'd have a decision by a certain date, but that date would pass without any word. I had to follow up a lot just to get a reply. The whole thing took more than 3 months until they finally sent me a rejection.
- Have you ever written press releases before?
Vice President
You'll have a few rounds of interviews before they make an offer. They'll do a standard check-up before hiring. Dress like you already have the job. Being nice is key, and they do check your references. Make sure you're polite to the receptionist.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Engineer
It was a really relaxed interview process and they made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I first spoke with the HR Manager, who was really nice and positive. We didn't just talk about me, she also shared her own career path and why this company is a good place to work.
- What would your past employer say about how you approach your work?
Executive Assistant
Careington’s hiring process is very organized and easy to navigate. It’s also very informative about the position, the company, and the benefits offered. You start with an application, then there’s screening, a phone interview, and then in-person interviews.
