Had a direct interview with the Director of Admissions. We talked about my skills in phone prospecting, setting appointments, doing interviews, and following up. They seemed to care about building relationships with prospects and committees, and getting results.

Had an online assessment first, then an initial phone chat. After that, there was an in-person interview which was 45 minutes long and included a presentation that was supposed to be 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, two of the three interviewers didn't show up. Dealing with HR was the best part.

Group Behavioral

It starts with a large group interview, typically with 20-40 people for the same role. They often have a backlog of candidates due to high turnover, so interviews don't always mean they're actively hiring. If they see potential in the group interview, you'll be invited for a one-on-one with the Executive Director and your direct supervisor. After that, they'll either call to offer you the position or inform you it's been filled.

They had me do a 10 minute presentation where I had to teach as if I was in front of a class. After that, there was an interview. It was in depth. I thought they would know the subject matter since they told me what to present on, but turns out they didn't know a thing about the medicine. Wow.
