Started with a brief introductory interview, then moved on to a panel interview. The questions were pretty standard for a nonprofit gig. They wanted to know about me, my preferred supervision style, and my leadership approach. I felt pretty good about the management team that interviewed me. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview.

So there were two interviews total. The first one was just like a 15-minute get-to-know-you thing with one person. Then the second one was about an hour long and I met with a panel of 3 people. They had a list of questions they followed, and they were all pretty basic, asking about times I dealt with tough situations, what my interests are, and about hypothetical scenarios that might come up in the job.

I met with the past and current CEO, who were both really great. They were interested in learning about my skills and how I could contribute to the company, and we had some really interesting discussions. It was a real pleasure meeting them.
