Product Director
I received an email from the recruiter to schedule a phone call. The call lasted 45 minutes and was entirely focused on why I was leaving my current job and my previous job history. The recruiter was very dry and unemotional. Instead of discussing what I could bring to this role and the company, the conversation was too fixated on my reasons for leaving my current position and my past job history. The company really needs to reconsider how they conduct interviews.

Clinical Laboratory Assistant
The interview process took place in late 2019. I was first escorted to a conference room for a 30-minute panel interview with a CLS III/AM Shift Supervisor. Then, I had a 30-minute meeting with the Sr. Director of Laboratory Operations, who gave a good introduction to the company and the field of transplantation. Following that, I met with the Clinical Laboratory Accessioning Supervisor for 30 minutes. The HR Business Partner met with me for 30 minutes afterwards to check in on how the interviews went.

Senior QA Engineer
The interview process was standard. First, I had a phone screening with the SQA Director. Then, there were final interviews with 4 SQA Team members and 1 developer, with each interview lasting 30 minutes. Unfortunately, in the final round of the interview, nobody showed up, and HR didn't notify me about it. A couple of days later, HR emailed me for one more round of interviews, which I agreed to. This round included 2 interviews: one with the manager and another with a developer. Then, I received another email from HR about yet another round of interviews. However, on the day of that interview, they canceled it. HR explained they had enough good reviews and just needed to confirm offer details with the manager. I never received any feedback. If you're looking for a job, I'd suggest looking elsewhere and not wasting your time here. The company gives the impression that they don't respect candidates and act unprofessionally.
- Could you describe your experience testing LIMS?
- Can you explain the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)?
- When would you choose to use Selenium versus Postman for testing?
Azure Administrator
Called by recruiter, short meeting with them. Next had +1 hour interview with Hiring Manger where they talked the whole time. I was asked technical questions that were only on the subject of SQL at the tail end of this hour plus interview. No other technical questioned asked. Received no followup or feed back for weeks after being told I should hear feed back in less than a week. I had to get off-handed feed back from recruiter on what the Hiring Manager even thought. Was told their thoughts were “has little technical skill”. I barely got notice or feedback after my interview and I believe the questions on ONLY SQL are silly to define me as having “little technical skill”. Got no status update on my application for weeks. Practically had to beg to hear anything back. If you want a SQL admin ask for a SQL admin. Don’t be-little your applicants and not respond to them. Also ask more relevant questions to the actual role
- How would you approach a specific SQL task?
