Technical Behavioral Presentation

It was a basic interview with the manager about core stuff, then an advanced interview covering technologies, security concepts, and products. After that, there was an interview with the CTO about business and process understanding. However, you have to wait a long time for the interviewer to be available.

Behavioral Presentation

Recruiter shortlisting was followed by multiple interviews. Senior management missed a couple of scheduled interviews, requiring rescheduling. Before the offer, a blood test was requested on-site. The recruiter was deceptive about salary; initial confirmation that it met my minimum 'x' amount was followed by a 25% lower offer post-blood test. A subsequent offer of 10k was disappointing.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • General questions about training, and your comfort level with traveling and staying at the Bagh location for training sessions.

So, first, HR gives you a call, and then they set up your first interviews with the tech team. The first interview is mostly about OOP, like overloading, overriding, classes, and the four pillars. It's from beginner to intermediate stuff, not so much data structures. If you ace that, HR will get you ready for the second round, which is more technical. You'll have to solve problems in about 40-60 minutes. Sometimes, you might also meet with the IT Manager after the technical part. The last step is with HR again for salary talks. Oh, and there's a medical check-up too, with blood and urine tests. Once you pass those, you get your offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, for the Client Relationship Manager gig at CareCloud, it sounds like they wanna check you out thoroughly. First, they'll probably look at your resume to see if you even fit the bill. Then, a quick chat with a recruiter to gauge your vibe and interest. After that, expect some behavioral questions in the first interview, like how you've dealt with clients before, especially tough ones, and how you keep them happy. They might throw in a technical test or a case study related to managing customers, maybe even testing your CRM tool know-how. Then, you could be facing a panel or a manager, digging deeper into your customer management smarts and big-picture thinking. More behavioral stuff might come up to check your people skills and how you handle client expectations. Sometimes, there's a final interview or even a presentation where you pitch your ideas for client relations at CareCloud. Oh, and they'll likely do reference checks too. If you nail all that, you get the offer. Basically, they want to see you're good with people, can keep clients long-term, and can fix problems. Got any good stories?

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you do a technical assessment on EHR and medical coding?
