Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CareBridge (TN).
Nurse Practitioner
The hiring process was really fast. I applied and heard back the next day. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then I had a virtual interview with upper management within a week. They made a job offer the following week, and I didn't need to do much negotiation.
- Can you share your experience?
Nurse Practitioner
It was a Zoom interview, done remotely. I met with leadership and they asked me some typical interview questions. They extended an offer the very next day. I did try to negotiate, mentioning my bilingual skills and extensive experience.
- What makes you want to work remotely?
Clinical Support Specialist
I applied with my resume and was emailed about a phone call to discuss my interests. They offered me an interview with the manager over the phone but never sent the promised details. I emailed to confirm and ask for details but got no response. The day of the interview, they never contacted me. I reached out again for clarification and didn't hear back until a week after the interview was supposed to happen. They told me the position was already given to 3 other candidates. I found this very unprofessional.
- Was I contacted by the recruiter about interview details after I had already accepted the interview?
Engagement Specialist
You meet with one or two of the managers in Engagement. They ask a series of questions to determine how you work with the group. There are times where you have to wait as the managers are super busy. The questions are very easy and there's not a lot of pressure. The managers are nice and they are open about their processes. They want you to ask questions in return.
- What is your approach to de-escalating a situation?
