First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CareATC.
Marketing Specialist
Had an in-person interview first that went super well, they did their homework and asked great questions. Then, I met the team in a second, more casual interview. Got a really good vibe after that and then got the offer. The title in the offer letter was different from the one in the job post, but I was able to negotiate a title I was happy with.
- Can you share your experience with developing standard workflows and processes?
Operations
First, a phone interview/screening. Then, a ZOOM interview with the hiring manager. After that, a ZOOM or onsite interview/introduction to key leadership. Then, a job offer with compensation/benefits. Next, negotiation. Then, onboarding/training. Finally, introduction to direct reports.
- Beyond experience, do you have questions about culture and dealing with personnel?
- Can you walk through case study situations?

Data Analyst
The hiring manager initiated the first contact instead of a recruiter, after which there was absolutely no communication. The company's silence, without a rejection email or call, is telling. Considering the salary was way below industry standards and competitors, it's understandable. Best to steer clear!
- Can you give a brief overview of your resume?
Registered Nurse
There were two interviews, where the interviewer went over the job details and answered any questions I had about the day-to-day duties. It was really helpful and gave me a clear understanding of what the job entails.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
