My first interview was over the phone and It lasted around 30 minutes. I was asked many relative questions and talked about my experience. This was the only interview and never was able to meet in person or video.

You apply and if they like your application they will call you to set up a phone interview. They are super flexible with timing! If that goes well, you'll set up a Zoom video chat. They are really chill about scheduling if you just let them know. I had a pretty relaxed, hour-long Zoom with two women. It was a chance to learn about the company and for them to learn about you. They'll let you know their decision about a week later.

I had an initial call with a recruiter who was really down-to-earth. They asked standard screening questions but in a really natural, chatty way, which made a great first impression. They set up the second interview pretty quickly, which I appreciated. This one was with the two main managers. They also seemed genuine, understanding, and really proud of what they do. They seemed fair and like they enjoyed their jobs. They explained the job's expectations, plus the potential risks and benefits. I liked that they were honest and made sure it was a good fit for both of us. I really respected the local management team and felt good about potentially working with them. I guess they felt the same because I heard back by the end of the next day about getting an offer. I was happy with the offer and felt it reflected my skills and experience.

I really enjoyed how the interviewer made me feel comfortable and focused on me as a person and what I wanted out of a company. She listened to me and the questions I asked. I liked the fact she opened up about herself as well and made her come off as a real person and not just someone looking to hire a worker. I was very grateful for the opportunity.
