First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Care Resource.
Case Manager
It was a good interview, they asked a lot of scenario questions to see if you have any bias about working with a certain population. The clients are the main concern ALWAYS, no matter what. Client and money centered.
- Can you describe a scenario where you might have a bias when working with a specific population, and how would you address it?
- How do you balance the needs of the client with financial considerations in your role?
- Tell me about your experience working with individuals affected by HIV.
Patient Care Resource
The manager was professional and kept the interview to a minimum. I had to wait for at least 30 minutes for the manager to arrive and start the interview process. Overall experience was good and went smooth.
- Can you describe your medical experience?
- Can you tell me about your military background?
Finance Billing Clerk
I sent in my application online and 3 days later the Finance Manager gave me a call to set up an interview which was scheduled for 5 days after. They also sent me an email confirming everything and telling me how to get there, where to park and what I needed to bring.
- What is your three-year career plan?
