First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CARE Counseling.
Therapist
It started with a phone screen interview. Then, there was a 60-minute virtual interview round. They said they'd let me know about a decision within 1-2 weeks. Then a job offer came. The recruiter was nice and could answer questions about the company and culture. I could pick which location I want to work at and if I prefer hybrid or in person work.
- What makes you want to join CARE Counseling?
Outpatient Therapist
You go through two interviews and a test. The first interview is where you talk about what you're looking for and they ask you questions. The second interview is basically a formality, then they hire you, but you have to pass the test.
- What are your five-year goals?
Counselor
The interview process was simple. I spoke with two people and had to complete some timed writing samples based on a vignette. The interviewers were really nice, genuine, and easy to chat with.
