It was a pretty smooth process. A recruiter reached out initially. I then had an interview with a Director and after that, an interview with a peer. The whole thing from start to finish, including the offer, took about 3 weeks.

I found this role on LinkedIn and applied on the company's website. The hiring manager called me the next week for a phone interview and immediately set up an in-person interview for May 1st. About a week later, I got invited to a second and final interview on May 19th. They offered me the job at the end of that interview, and I started 3 weeks later. The interviewers were all professional, but super friendly and welcoming. I got a good feel for the company culture. They were also really flexible with scheduling, which was great since I was living out of state.

after I applied, I heard back pretty fast to set up a meeting. The process was straightforward: first a phone chat, then a one-on-one with the hiring manager, and since it's an exec assistant role, I also met the execs I'd be helping out. Right after the interviews, they gave me a verbal offer. An official offer letter came after I accepted, and we figured out a start date. Everyone I talked to during the whole thing was great to work with, approachable, and I could ask them anything.

The interview process was wonderful. I learned so much information during both my first and my second interview with Cardinal Innovations. The group was very friendly and welcoming and very willing to clarify any questions I had as an interviewee.
