It was a quick initial phone chat handled by the Cardinal Health recruiter. They asked basic questions about my work history and what I thought I'd bring to the procurement role here.

Had a 30 minute phone interview mostly of typical HR questions and a run down of my resume, then was selected for second round of interviews at their head quarters in Dublin, OH. The company was great and flew me in for in person Interviews. Interviewed with 2 separate managers for 30 minute interviews each. All behavioral questions and the Interviewers were very easy to talk to. Great experience.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a very conversational interview, where they really wanted to get to know me. They wanted to understand my interest in the company and my motivation for pursuing a career in health care. A significant part of the discussion revolved around the EMERGE program and leadership qualities. Specifically for the supply chain track of the EMERGE program, we talked about the hands-on experience in the field and the various components involved.
