They did all the interviews but didn't give any feedback after many follow-ups. No reply at all. The company or the recruitment team has no real process. I wouldn't recommend it, and don't waste your time.

I had a remote three-part interview completed in the same day. The first part was a technical screening with two tech leads from different teams. It wasn't too hard and was more enjoyable than most interviews I've had. I felt like I had a great conversation with them. I mostly just talked about things I had worked on at previous jobs. Next, I interviewed with two managers. Again, it wasn't very difficult and was more about soft skills than technical skills. The last interview was the coding exercise. I was given a Java project on GitHub and asked to add a couple of methods. This part might have been more challenging, but I was given the GitHub link a few days beforehand, so I had plenty of time to prepare.

There are 2-3 rounds, but it can depend on what the hiring manager wants. This is in addition to the recruiter phone screen. You can expect one interview with an employee, one with the hiring manager, and one with the director. Mostly, the interview process was pretty straightforward, so just prepare where it's needed.
