Overall it was good. There were 3 stages in the interviews. First was with hr recruitment to talk about the job scope and if I was a good fit. Second was with the hiring manager to get to know each other better. Third was with the division vice president to see what the leadership is like.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was good. The local recruiter was very helpful in the scheduling process. The problem was I never heard from them after my interview with the Hiring Manager based in the US. I made a follow-up twice and got crickets. Not very professional.

Behavioral Other

It was a really formal process, had to sign in and wait for someone to come get me. I was escorted to a conference room and waited there until the interview started. I got to the second round, and I felt like I answered everything well, but I never heard back. Even the recruiter I was working with didn't hear anything, which was super weird. I don't know if they ever hired anyone for the position. I think I would have been a good fit, but maybe my age was a factor.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Were there some standard questions asked, even though it wasn't a completely structured interview?
  • Did the interview feel like it was as much about assessing 'fit' and 'demeanor' as it was about qualifications?
