I had a quick chat with a recruiter to start. They set up the call fast and told me the results right away. They gave me a good idea about the company, the job, and what they offer.

Had an HR screen and then 5 interviews with people who would be my peers and leaders. They asked a lot about whether I would be okay with traveling most of the week for work. They also asked about software implementation and kanban. It felt a little weird because the interviewers made the job sound not great, which was an odd interview tactic.

I interviewed twice with Cardinal. The first time was for the Team lead role and then for the Jr manager role. The hiring manager reached out directly for the manager role. It was your standard HR screen and then on to the Hiring Manager and then a team panel interview. Things got weird when the panel for manager got scheduled and the HR and manager ghosted. It's too bad since I really liked the company and manager
