I had a recruiter call me and then I set up an interview. They used an interview deck with expected answers. They didn't ask me any technical questions or about my skills/experiences. It seemed like they only cared about if I could get along with others and follow directions. This made me think the organization wants people who don't think for themselves and just agree with everything, which leads to uncreative people. I noticed a lack of diversity, which is concerning in today's world. It felt like maybe people who got through the behavioral part had connections. Glad I don't work there! I'm at a company that is truly global and diverse.

I dropped my resume at my campus job fair and a few days later, I got an email for a phone interview. It was mostly typical behavioral questions. Several days after that, I got another email for an on-site interview at their HQ. They split the interview day into two sessions, and I attended the morning one. We got a tour and an info session, then I had two 30-minute interviews back-to-back with two different IT department heads. They asked the same questions as before, but more in-depth behavioral ones. It wasn't too hard if you were prepared.

Applied on the company website and then got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone call was a standard interview, asking what I knew about the company, why I was interested in the internship, what I do to stay organized, etc. Soon after, I got an email saying I was invited to the final round at their headquarters in Dublin, OH, which was two weeks later. They don't cover travel or hotel for the final round. There were about 20-30 other students interviewing for different internships. They started by introducing the company and giving advice on the interview (like being honest), then we had four 30-minute interviews back-to-back. The following Monday, I got a call from College Relations with an offer. You have to do a drug test with hair samples, and one person last year had their offer rescinded for failing it.
