The interview process consisted of three rounds: two virtual rounds followed by a third round at the office. All three were technical. However, the third round did not feel relevant. Although the interviewer asked some technical questions, she focused more on my current package and notice period. She repeatedly expressed concern that if an offer was made, I might use it to negotiate elsewhere and not join. I had already informed the HR before every round that my notice period is 60 days, and HR had agreed to this. Despite that, in the third round the Project Manager rejected my profile based on the notice period.

I applied through my school's career website and they invited me for an on-campus interview. The day before, there was a really casual pre-night where the interviewers were nice. The actual interview had two 30-minute conversations, one with a newer hire and another with a more senior person. They mostly asked behavioral questions.

The interview process was very laid-back. The hiring manager was casually dressed. It was a single round lasting about an hour, with basic questions. I also spent about 20 minutes with the team to observe. I didn't feel like I would get an offer, and honestly, after seeing the department, I wasn't sure I wanted one. The interviewer didn't take any notes. It seems like a nice place to work with friendly people and a relaxed vibe. The role, advertised as an analyst, was mainly data entry. Just a heads-up, this company does hair follicle drug tests and also does random testing on employees, which might be a concern for some.
