after applying, I received an email, then did an in-person interview. I was notified 2-3 days later. They sent an offer letter. They were timely and communicated well in sending the offer and waiting for my accept/decline. I start about a week after accepting.

It was a pretty straightforward process. Started with an easy phone call, then I had an in-person interview which was also really short. After that first one, there was a second interview where they mostly asked basic and some situational interview questions. Super easy.

After applying, I was first asked to complete a Predictive Index (PI) test, which many candidates found to be a red flag due to its perceived inefficiency in assessing abilities. Despite this, I completed it due to my interest in the company. The next day, I got emails inviting me to join Business Resource Groups (BRGs), which they stated was my first interaction with the company. I hadn't heard anything about my application yet, so I replied to show my interest in the company and its culture. Two weeks later, the hiring manager reached out. They were nice and professional. However, after all the preparation and engaging with the BRG emails, I got a generic rejection email with no feedback. It felt dismissive considering the effort I put in. This lack of feedback made me wonder what I did wrong, and for minorities like me, it can lead to doubts about whether our background was a factor, even if it wasn't. We invest so much time and effort, so why not take a little more time to give personalized feedback? It would show respect and aid professional development, benefiting the organization too.

I had two separate Zoom call interviews. They were hiring fast, so it's usually more interviews from what I heard afterwards. It was pretty basic questions, and they wanted to hear how I would contribute to the company. I recommend going into the interview with solutions on how to improve common issues, as well as ideas on how to hit 100% pre-leased ASAP (they love anything involving Greek life).
