Assistant
It was a phone interview then an individual interview. Questions about personality and professional background. Explain your professional background. State your hobbies. Why do you think this job is for you and explain why.

Glass Technician
First, you take a math test for your application that covers basic math, like measuring with a ruler, and doing addition, multiplication, subtraction, division, fractions, and percentages. Then, they do a standard background check, as usual. Lastly, you have to do a physical to make sure you can actually do the work.
- Do your personality and the shift supervisor's personalities mesh well?
HR Representative
I first talked to the recruiter over the phone. After that, I had meetings with the hiring manager and some coworkers. The last part involved meeting with leadership separately. The interview setting was very professional, fitting for a manufacturing company. Leadership asked questions that focused on cultural fit.
- How would you manage working for a company that has multiple locations with varying expectations?
Material Handler
We started with a tour of the facility with the trainer, then I sat down with HR. They asked me about my past work experience, what I liked and didn't like. After an offer was made, there was a drug screen, physical, and vision exam. The whole process from the interview to starting took about two weeks.
- How safe are you?
