SEO Specialist
The interview experience was really great and simple! The interviews were well put together with questions that were planned out. I felt like the whole process went really smoothly and I felt like they understood me and I was comfortable. I didn't have to do any written tests. But I did get to talk a lot about my knowledge and experience in the 3 interviews I went through.
- What part of SEO do you feel you're best at?
Digital Marketing
I had a phone screen and then an in-person interview at the office. Then I got a call saying I was offered the internship, and I signed a contract that stated the hours per week and the duration of the internship.
- Tell me about your marketing experience in school.
Vice President of Digital Strategy
I applied online and sent in my cover letter. The executive in charge of hiring reached out about my cover letter and asked a very open question about digital marketing. I gave a full answer. Then, I had an in-person interview two days later. It was a really thorough 2-hour interview where they asked about my background, my biggest clients, and how I'd handle leading a team that's already in place.
- If hired, what would be your plan for the first 30 days?
- Can you describe your background?
- Which clients have been your biggest?
Project Manager
I was sought out by their HR team for an interview. After our interview, I was told they would schedule another one and reach out to me. After a week or so, I reached out to the person who interviewed me and didn't get a response from her until I reached out to the CEO. I understand choosing not to hire someone, but "ghosting" them isn't the most professional.
