First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cardiac Life Products.
Account Manager
The interview process was efficient and comfortable. The interviewer was to the point, well-informed, and left time for my questions. They were thorough and precise about the position.
- If an offer were made, when would you be available to begin?
Office Support
This was a very unusual interview process. In my 25 years in this field, I've never encountered anything similar. The questions focused more on personal matters, like my children and husband, rather than my professional experience. I suspect my last name might have influenced the invitation, given its prominence. The other person, who I believe was in sales, appeared apologetic and embarrassed.
- The owners asked intrusive questions about my divorce, which I found strange.
- She inquired about my weight.
- She asked about my health habits.
Sales Representative
The interview process was really easy. But sadly, there wasn't much transparency or honesty. I'd say do your homework, although you won't find much info. Make sure to get everything in writing.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
