First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Carda Health.
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
The interview was laid-back and comfortable. They asked questions related to the job, not generic ones, to make you feel at ease. You could tell what they were looking for and had the chance to ask them many questions too.
- Could you share your experience?
- How do you manage your time effectively?
- Describe your skills in managing emergencies.
Growth Enrollment Specialist
The interview process for this entry-level role at Carda Health was longer than I expected. However, they were really quick to schedule each step, so there wasn't much waiting around. The managers I spoke with were super bubbly and easy to talk to, making the whole thing less stressful. I was even surprised to meet with the CEO for an entry-level position! He was really approachable, answered tons of my questions, and gave a great overview of where the company is heading. The interviews themselves were pretty straightforward, no weird or tricky questions. They mostly asked about my past experiences, particularly with hitting targets and quotas. Overall, it was a positive experience, even if it was a bit more involved than I thought it would be for this role.
- Tell me about a time you had to meet demanding targets or quotas in a past job. What steps did you take to achieve your goals?
Member Experience Specialist
I got contacted a month after applying. I was in the second group of people interviewed because the first group weren't a good fit. The interview process has 3 steps over Google Meet. Step 1 is a 30-min video screening with HR. Step 2 is a 30-min video interview with the Clinical Lead, since this role works with that department. Step 3 is a 30-min interview with one of the CEOs. I was ghosted after the second interview, and they ignored my emails.
- What makes you want to work for Carda Health?
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- How does your background prepare you for this role?
Exercise Physiologist
There were 3 interviews, the first one was with the hiring manager and felt like a recruiter screening. The second interview was with the CEO and focused more on the business model. The final interview was with a 'growth enrollment specialist' and was quite short, under 20 minutes. They asked typical questions like 'why this company and industry'. During the first interview, they briefly mentioned that the role would start as an independent contractor, with a possibility of becoming a full-time employee after 90 days. I decided to decline the offer because the whole organization seemed disorganized, and I wasn't sure the offer was compliant with employment laws. They were unclear about scheduling, didn't offer benefits even for full-time roles, had different rates depending on the work, and it felt a bit shady overall.
