The process was clear but not well executed. After the first phone screen, there was a scheduling delay for the next phone interview. It was fairly straightforward and seemed easy. Then, no communication. I had to follow up to get an automated response to complete an assessment. Looking back, it was strange that I got emails from different people after each round without feedback on the prior round. After finishing a one-hour assessment, again, radio silence. I had to follow up twice before getting a standard rejection letter. For a company that claims recruiting tactics are important, they made me feel unimportant.

I applied online and heard back about two weeks later via email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was exactly 30 minutes. They asked about 6-8 questions, giving me only 2-3 minutes per question. I had about 5 minutes at the end for my questions. It was very direct. I was a little thrown off because the interviewer had me on speaker, so I could hear myself talking while he was typing my answers loudly. I got an email saying I was rejected about two days after the phone interview, so at least they were quick with the news.

This was a pretty long interview process. It started with an online application, followed by a phone screening. Then, I had to complete a timed assignment, which was challenging to finish within the given time. However, I was given extra time to complete it. After that, I had a feedback call with two sales team members. The next step was an in-person interview that lasted about three hours, where I met several sales team members, the CEO, and the President. During the reference check, my references were asked to provide contacts of additional people I've worked with. The whole process took a few months, mainly because it was during the summer and a lot of people, including the VP of Sales, were out of the office.

The interview involved a phone screen, a timed take-home test, and an in-person interview. They explained the process well. The take-home was about prioritizing clients and working under pressure, and I had two hours for it. The final in-person interview was mainly role-playing followed by a Q&A. I always knew what to expect, which was great.
