I applied and did an online assessment, then a recruiter called me for a quick chat. She liked me so I went in person to meet the hiring manager and chat with the VP. The next day, I talked more with the VP over the phone and got an offer really fast. It all happened in about 2 weeks. I was really happy with how quick they were.

Got contacted by a third party recruiter. Then had an interview with them. They asked for letters of reference and transcripts. After that, had two in-person interviews with the team at CARBO. Took 3-4 weeks total. The process was quick and responsive. I accepted the offer.

First, I got a call from a recruiter who said the company was interested in me. She then scheduled a phone interview. The manager called and asked some basic questions about my background and if I could explain more about the company. They asked if I was still interested. I said yes. Then, we scheduled an onsite interview. The onsite interview focused more on the company, meeting the team I'd be working with, and touring the place.

The job posting didn't mention travel, but the role actually required a lot. I spoke with the HR Director and the Shared Services Supervisor. They were both nice, and the HR Director was very friendly and gave good info. I would have taken the job, but the travel was too much.
