The interview process kicked off with an initial phone screening, which was a breeze and super enjoyable. The person I spoke with was great, and the questions they asked were really interesting and not the usual generic stuff. It felt like a good opportunity to show my genuine thoughts and personality. The in-person interview was just as pleasant! The director was incredibly nice and very easy to chat with, making the entire experience remarkably smooth.

The interview had a five-minute phone screen first, then an hour-long in-person interview. They asked random questions that didn't seem related to the job at all. It was just general stuff about overcoming job challenges or working with colleagues. They didn't ask about my experience or education. A few days later, I got an email saying they hired other people.

It wasn't too intense, but there were several interviews with different staff members. The recruiter was quick to respond, and so were the other directors. The staff seemed knowledgeable and aligned with our aba values of progress and graduation. The whole thing went smoothly, and I finished the interview process in about two weeks.

I sent in my application online and then got a call from a recruiter pretty quickly. I talked to two different people in total. They really took their time to explain the company in detail. I liked how they covered everything from the company culture to its history and what the job involves. This company has grown a lot recently and it seems like they want to keep growing and give families the best services by hiring people who align with their values!
