The interview process was pretty laid back overall, with about 3 to 4 rounds. It was behavioral based, and I didn't have to do any mock cold calls or anything like that. I just spoke with the team leads and the director of the team I was interviewing for.

I had a bunch of phone calls with a recruiter over a month. Most calls weren't answered by the recruiter and they never got back to me, so I always had to call them to set things up. It took about 2 weeks to get the first interview. I spoke with two people in sales. The first one seemed really bored and didn't share much about the job or company. The second one was super enthusiastic and gave great insights. My second interview was with a VP a week later. The VP was really rude during the interview, texting and emailing while I was talking. Like the other interviewer, they seemed uninterested. It's been 2 weeks since the VP interview and I still haven't heard from the recruiter, even after calling.

I was contacted by a recruiter who was friendly and helpful. We had an initial screening call with basic questions. A day later, the recruiter scheduled an in-person interview, which was expected to be 1 to 1.5 hours but ended up being 2.5 hours. The day before, I learned the specific IT team I was interviewing for. The in-person interview involved meeting 5 team members, mostly upper management, who were pleasant and relatable. The team seemed to be a mix of recent graduates and those in their late 20s/early 30s. I'm currently awaiting feedback.
