This interview process was quite messy. The recruiter seemed very unprofessional, repeatedly missing scheduled phone appointments. It felt like they didn't value my time, which I had blocked off for Carahsoft, especially since I have other interviews and calls to manage. Being 20 minutes late is not okay. Honestly, if you've ever worked in sales, this interview is pretty straightforward. The benefits and compensation structure weren't really what I was looking for.
