& Process

I went through 4 rounds with different team leads, and then a final round with the director. Since each team has unique products, the interviews varied a lot. They were pretty short, around 15-20 minutes each.

It was a really long process. You have two interviews, each lasting about 2-3 hours. You'll meet with 3-5 team members during these interviews, and they all ask the same questions. First, a recruiter contacts you multiple times until you agree to a phone screen. After that, you go to the office for an in-person interview. The recruiter gives you great prep for this. You'll meet some team members and get a feel for the company culture. They're not super focused on your past experience; they mainly want to see if you're willing to make calls, talk on the phone, are coachable, sales-oriented, and have teamwork skills.

I got referred by a friend who works at Carahsoft. A recruiter called me for a few phone interviews, and then I went to the office for more in-person interviews. My friend told me a lot about the company, and the recruiters were great, helping me through the process. The team members I met in person were really nice and we had good conversations. I knew I wanted to work there after the first interview.
