It was really easy and went smoothly. The people were nice and I went through 2 rounds. It was all done virtually on Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were a bit over an hour and I met with 3 people in addition to the recruiter.

I got a call from the recruiter shortly after applying online. After a phone screen and a web screen, they invited me for an in-person interview. I met with three different people one-on-one for about 25 minutes each. It was a pretty long interview process, but it gave me a good sense of the company. I was actually asked back for a second interview, but I had already accepted another job offer by then. I have to say, the recruiter from Carahsoft was incredibly helpful and engaging, way more than any other recruiter I've ever dealt with. She really prepped me for the interview, explaining everything and giving me pointers that totally boosted my performance. She was super encouraging and made me feel comfortable. It was overall a really positive interview experience.

Had a first interview with the recruiter, it got rescheduled a bunch. The recruiter called me randomly in the middle of the day and did a quick interview. The questions were fine, I don't remember them, but if you can't interview at the moment, make sure to tell them even if they push to do it then.
