First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CaptureRx.
Salesforce Administrator
The interview process was straightforward, consisting of just two rounds. It began with an initial phone call, followed by an in-person interview. The questions asked during these stages were relatively easy. I interacted with a few individuals from the engineering team; I'm not certain about the exact number of Salesforce administrators employed there.
- Describe your approach to testing a new feature prior to its deployment.
Client Relationship Manager
Phone screen with talent acquisition, followed by two panel interviews with managers and colleagues. The interviews seemed to go very well, and I expected an offer after the last one. However, I was ghosted for over 3 weeks. I tried contacting HR multiple times with no response. I have since accepted another offer.
- Can you explain your understanding of the 340B program?
Sales Associate
It was a really relaxed interview, no pressure at all. We chatted about the job, my background, and the benefits. They threw in a few questions. Honestly, it was one of the most straightforward interviews I've had. Everything seemed good until I saw some comments online and looked into the company a bit more.
- What are the standard questions for a sales agent?
Program Manager
Two in-person interviews were conducted. I spoke with the hiring manager and another lead. Overall, the interview process felt successful. A significant portion of the time was dedicated to asking questions, and I received good answers. Relocation was also discussed during the interviews.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
