The process feels more like a conversation to get to know you and your background. They ask general questions like tell me about yourself and your background. The first step was a phone screening and then a video interview. Depending on the position and popularity, this part might be longer or shorter. The phone screening focused more on you, so make sure you have questions ready to ask!

Had a 30 minute call with the recruiter, then a 30 min call with the hiring manager. After that, I had a 3 hour in person panel interview with four team members. The in person interview included 2 teleconference calls in their conference room. Recruiter said they would let me know within the week about an offer. I was ghosted by the recruiter and got a generic rejection email almost 6 weeks later.

Applied and got an email to schedule a screening call with the recruiter, which went well. After a week, I was approached for the first round of the interview. I attended the interview and had a good conversation. After that, it was just radio silence. They didn't even send a message saying they moved on to other candidates. I'd say be ready to get ghosted by the recruiters if you're applying to this company. My personal opinion is that there are way better companies out there that are at least decent enough to let you know you didn't make the cut.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved three main rounds: an initial virtual interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person panel interview with team members, and concluding with a final virtual interview with the VP. The entire process spanned about a month. Referrals don't seem to carry much weight here, and they might reject candidates for being "overqualified" (which seems like a subjective reason). It's advisable to present yourself as very junior, as they seem to prefer less experienced candidates for this role. If you have over 4-5 years of experience, you might want to consider removing your work history and graduation date from your resume to improve your chances. They tend to not hire individuals who are not young and inexperienced for this position.

  • Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
  • What are your career aspirations for your next position?
